Fruit Cheese Roll

Abstract
Enough said.Ingredients
- 250g pkt Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Port or Grand Marnier
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup Mixed fruit medley
- ¾ cup poppy seeds
Method
Combine fruits in a bowl, add liquor and cover.
Allow to stand for 1 - 2 hours.
Beat softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese together using electric mixer, stir in fruit mixture.
Refrigerate, covered for 1 hour.
Roll mixture into a log shape about 20cm in length, roll in poppy seeds, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Serve with water crackers.
