Herbed Beef

Abstract
This is one of those great "one pot" meals.
Serves 6
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 500g mince steak
- small can champignons
- small can diced capsicum
- medium chopped onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- can tomato soup
- can chopped tomatoes
- Good pinch Mixed herbs
- 250g pasta spirals
- 200g bacon pieces
- 1 cup water
Method
Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Cook garlic, onion and bacon. Once onion is cooked add mince steak. Once meat is cooked add champignons, capsicum, tomatoes, tomato soup, water, mixed herbs, water and pasta.
Cook for about 2 minutes on high and reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes until pasta is cooked.
1 teaspoon of crushed chillies can be added for extra spice
