Thai Red Curry Chicken

Abstract
Quick, easy weekday meal
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1 Packet "The Curry Makers" Thai Red Curry Sauce
- 500g diced chicken
- 200g diced pumpkin
- 100g diced red capsicum
- 1 can (300ml) coconut milk
Method
Heal oil in wok or pan. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes, add vegetables and tir until ingredients are partly cooked.
Add sauce and simmer for 2 minutes
Add coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes
Service with Rice or Noodles
