Chop Suey

Abstract
My daughters have asked that this one be made available to all. Very easy and is also great the next day.
Ingredients
- 500g mince steak
- olive oil
- 1/4 chopped cabbage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet chicken noodle soup mix
- 250g frozen vegies
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Heat oil in large pan or wok. Add onions and cook until soft. Add mince steak and cook. Add cabbage, chicken noodle soup, frozen vegies, curry powder and water.
Simmer for approx 20 minutes.
Serve in a bowl - add a little soy sauce for a different taste if desired
