Chicken Chow Mien

Abstract
This is another of Glenda's recipes
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets (mince or finely chopped) Mince chicken can also be used.
- Olive Oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/3 shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup broken noodles
- Good splash tomato sauce
- Good splash HP or Worcestershire sauce
- Good splash of soy sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons powdered chicken stock or stock cubes
- 3 cups water
Method
Add olive oil to a large pot or wok. Cook onion and minced chicken.
Add all other ingredients and bring to boil and simmer for approximately 20 minutes until rice is cooked through
